Well, people who repair tend to believe in sustainability rather than consumption and this transfers rather well into our sales ethic when it comes to new equipment.
For example, we’ll only recommend products which have a long life ahead of them and from manufacturers who support their appliances for 20 years or more. The old adage, “Buy Cheap, Buy Twice” is certainly true in this field so it makes sense to spend a little more when investing in commercial kit and know that you’re all set for years to come.
We’ll also never try to ‘up‐sell’ you or recommend a machine that’s far larger or more expensive than you require. We don’t show prices of equipment on our website as every installation is different and we always site‐survey first to make sure everyone is aware of what’s involved on a case‐by‐case basis. It’s not that we’ve anything to hide, it’s just our way of tailoring every new installation to the needs of the client.
